Kaela Brooks holds a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global University and has grown through every level of the ABA field, from Behavior Technician to BCBA. Kaela’s passion for ABA comes from both her professional experience and her personal journey as a mother to neurodivergent children. She understands the importance of meeting each child where they are, building on their strengths, and helping families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and confidence. She loves teaching new skills, celebrating developmental milestones, and empowering parents along the way. For Kaela, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a child accomplish something that once seemed out of reach—and watching their family celebrate alongside them. She believes in every child’s potential and is committed to helping them discover just how unstoppable they can be.
