Rose Ray, BCBA, Jordan Ranch Partner
Rose earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas and her Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University.
She is passionate about getting to know each child as an individual—their personality, strengths, interests, and unique needs. She loves that ABA allows her to create meaningful, individualized support that helps children build confidence, independence, and skills that make a difference in everyday life. She also enjoys mentoring and supporting the next generation of behavior technicians and clinicians.
As both a clinician and a parent, she understands the importance of collaboration and believes families should feel heard, supported, and involved in every step of the way. She celebrates every victory, big or small, and is honored to partner with families as their children grow and thrive.
