Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) participate in mandatory monthly training focused on developing and refining the skills needed to provide effective, individualized ABA therapy. These sessions allow supervisors to model clinical procedures, provide opportunities for hands-on rehearsal, and offer individualized feedback. This ongoing coaching helps ensure that treatment strategies are implemented accurately and consistently across your child’s care team.
Our BCBAs participate in dedicated monthly professional development focused on case management, clinical quality, ethical decision-making, evidence-based practices, and emerging developments in the field of ABA. This continued investment in clinical leadership helps our team remain current while upholding high standards for the services we provide.
We also recognize that a strong team is built through meaningful connections. Throughout the year, our staff participates in team-building activities and social events that foster collaboration, connection, and a positive workplace culture.

Internship (BCBA/BCaBA)
At i2ABA, we believe that investing in the next generation of behavior analysts strengthens both our organization and the field of ABA. Our structured BCBA and BCaBA internship program provides aspiring clinicians with meaningful opportunities to develop their clinical skills while completing the supervised fieldwork required alongside their formal education.
Our program bridges the gap between academic learning and clinical practice, preparing future behavior analysts to think critically, make sound clinical decisions, collaborate effectively, and respond confidently to the diverse needs of the individuals and families they serve. We believe true readiness requires demonstrated competency at each stage of development. Interns must progressively demonstrate the knowledge, skills, judgment, and professionalism necessary to provide effective, ethical, and high-quality services before advancing to more complex responsibilities.
To further support the professional growth of our team, i2ABA offers a tuition-reimbursement benefit to eligible employees pursuing their professional goals. We are proud to have supported team members who have successfully advanced from RBTs to BCaBAs and BCBAs through our internship and mentorship program.
